Returns
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on shipped orders. However, if your item has not yet shipped and you request a cancellation, we’ll issue a full refund — including shipping.
Once an item has been marked as shipped, all sales are final.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered:
USA Customers: We’ll send out replacement parts for any broken or damaged components.
International Customers: We offer partial refunds for damaged items due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number.
If you ever have an issue with your order, don’t hesitate to message us — we’ll always do our best to work something out.
