Processing Time

All items are made to order. Standard processing time is 1–3 weeks, depending on the item and current order volume. Orders are fulfilled in the order they’re received.

Shipping Methods

We primarily use USPS for both domestic and international shipping. Most domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail with tracking. If you need special shipping arrangements, please reach out before ordering.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after your item ships.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS.

International Shipping (Europe & Australia Only)

We currently ship internationally to most countries in Europe and to Australia. We plan to expand to more regions in the future.

Delivery time ranges from 2–4 weeks, depending on location and customs processing.

Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, or VAT fees charged by their country.

We do not currently ship to other international regions outside of Europe and Australia.

Packaging

All items are packed securely, especially larger props and fragile parts. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can help.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. We use USPS Medium Flat Rate Boxes whenever possible for consistent pricing.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days (USA) or 30 calendar days (Europe/Australia), message us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
