This is an unpainted DIY kit. The model is presented in a scale of 1:12.
Please note: There is currently no choice between painted and unpainted, the figure will be delivered unpainted! The figure is delivered in individual parts and must be assembled and painted. Parts do not require much preparation. However, there can sometimes be marks on the print left by supports that may need to be sanded down to achieve an absolutely smooth surface. To ensure safe shipping, we leave the supports on very sensitive parts.
All prints are made to order so it could possibly take a few days for the figure to be printed, cleaned, cured and packed for shipping.

The item arrived damaged. I requested a full refund, but was only offered a replacement or 30%. The seller is responsive but I was highly disappointed in the quality of the item. I needed it for a special occasion and received but broken. I had to find an alternate gift and was disappointed I could not return it for a full refund.
I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with your order. You placed your order on February 10th and requested it arrive by Valentine�s Day. My listing states production can take up to two weeks, but I printed and shipped it the next day, February 11th. You also selected and paid for overnight shipping, a more expensive option, to ensure it arrived on time. I package my products securely, but I have no control over how they are handled in transit. When you informed me of the damage, I offered a free replacement, which you initially accepted but asked me to wait until you returned from a trip. After four weeks, instead of requesting the replacement, you asked for a full refund. I fully refunded the cost of the item (30%), but the remaining 70% was for the overnight shipping you selected. I typically don�t use such an expensive shipping method, but you chose it to guarantee timely delivery. I regret that this experience didn�t meet your expectations.
